Prior to the John Lewis & Partners rebrand in 2018, the retailer moved to one responsive website. I was part of a dedicated team of creatives who worked together to edit and redesign sections of the old website, taking into account SEO, consumer behaviour, an updated TOV and content trends.
I worked on a variety of content, from Buying Guides to seasonal and trend-led pieces for the Inspiration section.
Following the rebrand and update to their TOV, I rewrote copy and content for the Personal Styling department, which was used across the shops and online. I also crafted weekly branded and BAU emails.
